Production Process

First, we carry out laboratory tests to examine the quality and compatibility of the correctly selected materials (cement, aggregate, water, admixtures) to be used in ready-mix production. Continuous quality inspection is carried out at our plant to prevent adverse changes over time in materials that have passed these tests.

The ready-mix production process begins when the plant operator selects the formula number defining the concrete to be produced and runs the computer system. After the first command, the aggregate, cement and water stored in separate compartments are weighed simultaneously.

The weighed aggregate is then conveyed by belt or skip into the mixer drum. Meanwhile the cement, water and, if the formula includes it, chemical admixture are also fed into the drum and mixed. The volume of a batch varies from plant to plant but is generally 1–3 m³.

In accordance with TS EN 206-1, mixing continues until the concrete has a uniform appearance. The sufficiently mixed batch is discharged into the mixer truck and the process is repeated until loading is complete. To give you the best quality, we deliver only after carrying out the necessary measurements, analyses and checks in our concrete laboratory.
